Extreme Weight Loss Boot Camp

For many of us including myself, our excess fat from time to time gets the better of us. When this happens we do like others and quickly try to find the best, easiest and fastest solution. From diet pills to weight loss pills we start to search around for the most convenient method possible.  The truth is just as we naturally gained our weight we will lose it. No one wakes up one morning and gains an extra 20 pounds so why should anyone expect to wake up losing 20 pounds? Assuming you searched around for things such as extreme weight loss, fat camp, fit body boot camp, ect, I can easily assume you are in the moment in which your weight has gotten the better of you. My biggest advice is not any quick weight loss method or medical weight loss methods but rather one simple piece of advice. You must have patients and realize what it is your asking your body to do.

Lets say for some crazy reason you wanted to gain weight (fat) as quickly as possible. As many of you know if you gain too much weight to fast your body cannot keep up and thus you consequences such as stretch marks as well as medical problems occur. We can all easily understand that can we not? Now lets totally switch this situation back to our side. Lets say we want our bodies to drop the weight as quickly as possible. Again same ideas apply, your body cannot keep up and thus you end up with the consequences. Excess skin flapping around, (at this point you would have to go to a weight loss clinic of some sort to get that skin literally cut off and removed which is pretty expensive), and medical problems.

For every individual the idea of a boot camp is totally different due to our physical fitness. Some of us might consider an extreme weight loss boot camp program to be something like running 5 miles every morning with an afternoon mile swim and ending with an evening weight training program, while some of us would laugh at the idea of even running at all (this is funny hahaha). So lets say we want a program that meets our needs, our own personal fat camp. First lets get one thing very clear, 80% of your weight loss will come from your diet and 20% will come from your training. This is what I recommend you do.

  1. (Give your goal a purpose) Whether it is to look good in a bikini, increasing your health, or just wanting to look in the mirror and smiling at who is looking back. This is by far one of the strongest assets you will need to keep you in check in order to reach your goal.
  2. (Find a diet that fits your lifestyle) Some of us have all the time in the world to get our food ready while others don’t have time to even breathe. So look for a diet you can easily implement in your lifestyle.
  3. (Find a fitness program that is challenging to you but that you can still complete) Don’t worry about the next guy/girl, focus on yourself and your program, don’t ever get discouraged at the idea of someone else doing better rather look at them as motivation and tell yourself you will be better!

3 simple things you can easily implement to your life than can and will totally change your life. Don’t spend too much time wondering which workouts or diets are better than the rest. Find one and try it out. Trial and error will always be a part of any lifestyle you choose. Just keep your goal in mind and allow that purpose to make you strive harder and harder with every day that passes. Think about it this way. Every day is just one more step to get to the top. Cant get to the top unless you keep moving forward.
